Removal or hauling of rubble, concrete, tiles, soil, or other heavy construction debris
Disposal of hazardous, chemical, medical, or regulated waste
Moving exceptionally heavy machinery, equipment, or construction materials
Repair or restoration of scratched, etched, stained, cracked, or otherwise damaged surfaces
Removal of construction residue when doing so would create an unreasonable risk of damaging the underlying surface

Contractors should remove rubble, unused materials, heavy debris, and hazardous waste before the scheduled cleaning begins.

If we identify work outside our service scope during the assessment or cleaning appointment, we will explain the limitation clearly. Where practical, we may continue with the unaffected areas included in the agreed quotation.
