Photography — before and after images

As part of our cleaning service, our staff may take photographs of areas before and after cleaning. These images are used for:

  • Documenting the condition of a property at the time of service (for both our protection and yours)

Before any photographs are used publicly for marketing purposes, we will ask for your explicit written consent. If you prefer that no photographs are taken at your property at all, please let us know at the time of booking and we will respect that request without any impact on your service.

4. Photography & Marketing Consent

We believe in being clear about this because our staff work inside your home.

What we may photograph: Areas being cleaned — floors, bathrooms, kitchens, upholstery, carpets. We do not photograph personal belongings, family photos, documents or anything that could identify the occupants of a property.

Internal use (no consent required): Photos used only for quality control or staff training are kept internally and not shared publicly.

Public use (explicit consent required): Before we use any photograph of your property on our website, social media, or in any advertising material, we will contact you and ask for your written consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time and we will remove the images from active use.

If you have given consent and later change your mind, contact us at hello@freshshine.ph and we will remove your images promptly.

5. Sharing Your Information
